Today on the podcast I sit down with Leanette Pokuwaah to talk about the ways in which our culture plays into our Enneagram types, as well we effective ways each of use can move to create more socially aware spaces by understanding our types.

Here's more about Leanette:

My name is Leanette Pokuwaah (Pronouns she/her). I am a justice seeker and my faith is ever so intertwined with the work I do. I am a writer, teacher, and coach. I want to share with you all a little bit about who I am and why this platform exists. As a first-generation Ghanaian woman, I wanted to be able to create and teach Enneagram content that sought to center the stories and voices of people of color and others that are traditionally placed at the margins.

The Enneagram is a powerful pathway toward spiritual growth and for personal and professional development. I have been able to write, teach and coach through an intersectional lens. My unique intersectional approach centering queer people of color is deeply transformative. The opening of spaces for folks to uncover their whole selves through the recollection, reflection, and retracing of their stories is so powerful and healing.

Each gathering or session paves the path for storytelling that is graced with the voices of others once muted and bodies once unseen that create a space for us all to feel fully heard, seen, loved and known.
