I love the enneagram!

I love it so much, it's going to be something we talk about on the podcast quite a bit. So on this week's episode I sit down with Lesley and Rick Bradstreet to talk about what this incredible self awareness tool can bring into your life.

To find out more about how you can connect with Lesley and Rick check out their website here:

Here's the low down on Lesley and Rick,

Rick and Lesley Bradstreet lead the Enneagram Community of Central Texas out of Austin. They teach the Enneagram together, and Rick uses it in his therapy practice and mentors those who are completing their certification in the EPTP process. Lesley is a Social Seven, born in Nebraska and raised in the mid-west.  Rick is a One-to-One Two, born in Arizona and raised in Los Angeles.  They met in Austin in 1997, both divorced, with children mostly out of the nest.  Lesley had made as living as a marketing VP for a credit union; Rick had made his living as a police psychologist.

Lesley and Rick began studying the Enneagram in 1997, and found that it provided light, humor and hope. They use the Enneagram daily, in their work, in their relationship, and in their spiritual practice. Their type defenses frequently trigger reactions in one or both, but the recovery time is shorter with each event. Learning to see their personal reactivity as a chance to become more intimate and grounded is both painful and reassuring.
